These are New Old Stock factory original never installed in a vehicle. The best there is. Once they are gone they are gone forever.
This factory original part is for the side of your steering gear box cover with a 1" sector shaft. It puts tension on your sector shaft for your steering box. The jam nut (C6200) is how you tighten to set the depth.
