Hole-punching pliers strike their punch against their anvil and drive holes through leather, rubber, textiles, cardboard and soft plastics. Typically used on cavas applications in Willys (soft tops and seat covers)
Also known as revolving punch pliers, their rotary head holds interchangeable punches in a range of diameters to make different-sized holes. Each punch rotates into place to align with the anvil and cut cleanly through material.
